Parsons has appointed Harjinder S. “Harj” Dhaliwal as Senior Vice President, International Rail Transit & Systems, with responsibility for the business unit and its operations outside of the U.S. He is based in Parsons’ Abu Dhabi office.
Parsons announced on April 14, 2016 that the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) recently honored the corporation with the Alliant Build America Award in the civil construction management category for its work on the Houston Metro Light Rail Transit (LRT) system. The City of Chicago Department of Aviation has awarded a $310 million design-build contract to Parsons to replace and expand O’Hare International Airport’s Automated Transit System (ATS) on a basis.
