AREMA Hay Award-winning project designed by Parsons

Parsons names western sector railroad construction head

Parsons has named W. Scott Harral, P.E., CCM, as its western sector railroad construction manager. He will be responsible for overseeing the construction of rail and transit systems projects in the western U.S.
