The Indiana Rail Road Co. (INRD) has elevated three employees to Assistant Vice President positions. In addition, Caltrax, an independent railcar repair servicer, has hired a Sales and Business Development Director; and a WSP USA Vice President has received the Latino Leadership Conference award.
Dana Lowell is joining WSP USA as Zero Emission (ZE) Senior Technical Advisor.
WSP USA is promoting Sofia Berger to Executive Leader of the Transportation National Business Line, succeeding Joseph G. Pulicare, who will retire at the end of the year.

Caroline Decker, former Amtrak Vice President for the Northeast Corridor, has joined WSP USA as Vice President of Federal Affairs. Decker succeeds Cathy Connor, who retired in June after 32 years with WSP.
