Unifor Files for Conciliation in CPKC Negotiations

Unifor, which represents more than 1,200 workers at Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC), including mechanics, laborers, diesel service attendants, and mechanical support staff, announced Oct. 29 that it has filed for conciliation in its negotiations with the Class I after discussions “reached an impasse impacting thousands of workers.”
