United Steelworkers (USW) ratifies a new collective bargaining agreement with Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC). Also, BNSF provides an intermodal network update; and Norfolk Southern (NS) pledges $500,000 to help expand the National Center for Civil and Human Rights.

CP, TCRC-MWED Reach Tentative Collective Agreement

Canadian Pacific (CP) on March 17 announced that it has reached a tentative collective agreement with the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference Maintenance of Employees Division (TCRC-MWED), which covers approximately 2,600 engineering services employees in Canada.
