Ports of Indiana names Joshua Webb as Director of Government Affairs. PHL, Cliatt II Earn 2025 Maritime Industry Salute Award

The International Seafarers Center of the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles on Oct. 2 recognized the Pacific Harbor Line (PHL) and its President Otis L. Cliatt II “for their outstanding professional performance in ensuring safe, secure, and efficient cargo handling, and for their steadfast advocacy for both seafaring and shoreside workers.”

BLET, PHL Reach Retention Agreement (UPDATED)

The Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen (BLET) on Jan. 26 reported securing a retention agreement, including up to $18,000 in bonus payments, for its approximately 200 members working at Anacostia Rail Holdings’ Pacific Harbor Line (PHL).
