AREMA Hay Award-winning project designed by Parsons
Parsons Transportation Group was the lead designer for the Utah Transit Authority’s FrontRunner South commuter rail project, which the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association (AREMA) selected for its 2013 Dr. William W. Hay Award for Excellence.
Parsons names western sector railroad construction head
Parsons has named W. Scott Harral, P.E., CCM, as its western sector railroad construction manager. He will be responsible for overseeing the construction of rail and transit systems projects in the western U.S.
