The National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association (NRC) will host its 13th Annual Railroad Construction & Maintenance Equipment Auction on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at the Blackmon Auctions facility in Little Rock, Ark. Thomas Blackmon, Jr. of Blackmon Auctions and his team will run the proceedings.
The National Railroad Construction & Maintenance Association (NRC) on Dec. 17, 2015 announced that Cosmo Lawrence “Larry Sr.” Laurello of Delta Railroad Construction, Inc. in Ashtabula, Ohio, has been unanimously selected by the Executive Committee as this year’s only entrant into the NRC Hall of Fame. He will be recognized at the 2016 NRC Conference in San Diego, Calif., on Jan. 9.

She comes to NRC from the Washington, D.C.-based multi-modal transportation policy think-tank Eno Center for Transportation, where she managed fundraising efforts for projects and working groups, including the Freight Working Group, of which the NRC is a member.
