STB Issues Draft EA for Construction, Operation of Georgia Rail Line

The Surface Transportation Board’s (STB) Office of Environmental Analysis (OEA) on April 11 issued a Draft Environmental Assessment (Draft EA) for Savannah Industrial Logistics (SIL) and Savannah Industrial Transportation’s (SIT) construction and operation of an 11,404-foot rail line in Effingham County, Ga. SIL and SIT are both holdings of OmniTRAX.
