GDC Awards Manhattan Tunnel Project Contract

Frontier-Kemper-Tutor-Perini JV on Feb. 3 landed the $1.8 billion Manhattan Tunnel Project contract from the Gateway Development Commission (GDC) Board of Commissioners, which authorized the notice to proceed with construction.
