First MBTA HSP-46 at TTCI for testing

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s first new HSP-46 regional/commuter rail locomotive has arrived at TTCI in Pueblo, Colo., to undergo testing before it is delivered to Boston and operator MBCR (Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad).

MBTA bumps locomotive order to 40 units
