NOPB, LAS Receive $3MM in Grants
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD) has awarded two Class II and III Rail Infrastructure Improvement Program grants totaling $3 million to the New Orleans Public Belt Railroad (NOPB) and
