The City of Dallas and Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) exercised an option on July 9, 2015, for the delivery of two additional off-wire capable Liberty Modern Streetcars, extending a partnership with Brookville Equipment Corporation that began with a March 2013 contract for two identical vehicles, delivered in the first half of 2015.
