UP Launches Mexico-Southeastern U.S. Domestic Intermodal Service

Union Pacific (UP) announced that it is introducing a new intermodal service connecting rapidly growing industrial markets in Mexico to areas of high demand in the Southeastern U.S. via Memphis, Tenn.

GPA Prepares for the Future, Adds Inland Rail Connectivity

Garden City Terminal at the Port of Savannah handled 49,115 containers by rail in August, approximately 89,000 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs), an increase of 6% over the same month last year, Georgia Ports Authority (GPA) announced on Sept. 26.
