CPKC+Americold: ‘Heating Up the Supply Chain’

Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) and Americold, through a partnership begun in 2023, are “transforming the way temperature sensitive food moves between the U.S. and Mexico,” the Class I railroad reported Feb.

CPKC: ‘Exceptional Execution in Challenging Market’

In reporting fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results on Jan. 28, Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) President and CEO Keith Creel said, “Despite macroeconomic and trade policy headwinds in 2025, our Precision Scheduled Railroading model again enabled us to control costs and deliver a record core adjusted operating ratio while capitalizing on our unique growth opportunities.”

At CPKC, 16 five-year agreements have been ratified that provide “increased wages” to approximately 700 railroaders working in Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wisconsin. (Courtesy of CPKC)
