Montreal, B.C. Ports Update

Canada Minister of Labor Steven MacKinnon on Nov. 12 directed the Canada Industrial Relations Board to order binding arbitration and the resumption of operations at the ports in Montreal and British Columbia.

CSX’s Goldman to Retire

CSX’s Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer Nathan Goldman will retire and Michael Burns will transition to Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer in 2025, the Class I railroad reported Nov. 12.
