Twin Eagle Terminals & Logistics (TETL) completes a 2,000-foot track expansion at its Big Spring, Texas, terminal. Also, Union Pacific (UP) and Heartland Co-op celebrate the first train loading at the new Millerton, Iowa, facility; and the North Carolina Railroad Company (NCRR) invests $600,000 to advance industry in Hertford County.
