The National Carriers Conference Committee (NCCC) on Dec. 9 announced that it has ratified national collective bargaining agreements, which run through Dec. 31, 2029, with the Transportation Communications Union (TCU) and the Brotherhood of Railway Carmen (BRC), “representing a significant milestone in the ongoing national bargaining round.”
