Keolis elevates John Killeen to CEO of Keolis Commuter Services (KCS). Also, Hotstart hires Santanu (Sean) Debnath as Chief Revenue Officer; Actelis Networks, Inc. (Actelis) taps Mark DeVol as Chief Revenue Officer Americas; REMPREX, Inc. names Gary Long as President and CEO; and Wilson Elser brings on Thomas (Ted) Dunlap as Of Counsel.

ONxpress Transportation Partners has chosen ZEDAS GmbH’s software for the On-Corridor Works Project of the GO Expansion program. Starting in 2024, it will be used “to digitize and automate maintenance processes in the areas of rail vehicles and rail infrastructure.”
