MKIV Production Tamper Operator

Premiere railroad construction contractor is looking to add an experienced MKIV Tamper Operator to its expanding employee base.

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years’ experience in surfacing track
• Must be fluent in VME, Jupiter 1, and Jupiter 2 operating systems
• Must be able to perform work in a safe manner and adhere to all industry and customer specific guidelines
• Must be able to troubleshoot and repair machine
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to travel
• Must be able to read blueprints, understand surveying, grading & elevation
• Must possess positive communication and people skills
• Must be a self-starter
