FRA, TCS to co-host signs and symptoms meet

Vantuono, Editor-in-ChiefTCS Rail Services said Wednesday it will be co-hosting a seminar with the Federal Railroad Administration in Overland Park, Kan., on November 16, entitled “Drug and Alcohol Program Manager Training Session With Signs and Symptoms Training and Engineer Certification.”
All railroads and suppliers are invited. This training program is offered at no charge; TCS Rail Services will be providing lunch and snacks. A certificate of attendance will be given to each attendee upon completion of the seminar. There is a limited amount of seating so this event will be first come, first served.
