Cassity appointed as Group Executive VP of Parsons Infrastructure

Parsons has appointed Patrick A. "Pat" Cassity as Group Executive Vice President of Parsons Infrastructure, the company announced Jan. 5, 2016. Parsons Infrastructure, a business unit of Parsons Corporation, provides its customers with full-service engineering and management services in the aviation, rail and transit, transportation-related systems, and bridge and tunnel markets. In his new role, Cassity will lead Parsons Infrastructure's global operations and support business development and strategy.

Cassity has more than 23 years of progressive experience, 13 of which were spent with Parsons, in general and project management positions in the transportation engineering and construction industry. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Road & Highway Division Manager.

“We are pleased that Pat has accepted this appointment,” said Don Graul, Parsons Group President. “He has held various transportation-related leadership roles during his tenure with Parsons, and we know he will continue to help guide the business unit’s success.”

Cassity holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a master’s degree in structural engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
