Bombardier expands its Singapore HQ
Written by William C. Vantuono, Editor-in-ChiefBombardier Inc. on Monday announced the expansion of its business presence in Singapore, with the opening of a new regional office for Bombardier Transportation’s Services division.
The company named Nick King to head the Singapore office, which will provide whole life services to rail transport products among the company’s Asian clients.
Said King, “Singapore is the perfect platform for us to expand and provide a full suite of products to help our customers in Asia. Working in partnership with Bombardier provides real assurance for our clients giving them the secure knowledge they will always get a professional service throughout their assets’ lifetime while ensuring them greater revenues through lower operating costs. We are confident of enhancing train performance through our local Singapore hub which will continually add value to rail operators and asset owners in this region.”
Bombardier has had permanent head offices in Singapore since 2005.
