CN train dispatchers ratify agreement
Written by Douglas John BowenCanadian National announced Monday that members of the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference-Rail Canada Traffic Controllers (TCRC-RCTC) have ratified a three-year labor agreement covering 210 train dispatchers in Canada.
Retroactive to Jan. 1, the Canadian provides wage increases along with standard benefit improvement, according to CN.
Keith Creel, CN executive vice president and chief operating officer, said: “This agreement, reached without third-party assistance, demonstrates the strong working relationship we have developed with the TCRC.”
