National Steel Car Workers on Strike

PHMSA Seeks ANPR Comments

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has issued an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) to solicit feedback on initiatives PHMSA is considering “that may modernize Hazardous Materials Regulations and improve efficiencies while maintaining or improving a current high level of safety.”

Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) on Investor Day, June 28, announced a new joint service agreement with CSX and involving Genesee & Wyoming that will create a direct CPKC-CSX interchange connection in Alabama and a corridor linking Mexico, Texas and the U.S. Southeast.
