Detroit M-1 Rail finalizes tax credit funding

Supporters of Detroit’s M-1 (or M1) streetcar project said Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014, that agreements had been “finalized for the second phase of an approximately $40 million total in New Markets Tax Credit [NMTC] financing.”
