Loram Australian Subsidiary Acquiring Aurizon Grinding Assets

Loram Pty Ltd., the wholly owned Australian subsidiary of Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc., has executed a binding agreement to acquire all the assets of the rail grinding business of Aurizon Operations Ltd.
