Railway Age seeks entries for inaugural Fast Trackers contest
Written by Carolina Worrell, Senior EditorRailway Age on Oct. 20, 2015 launched its inaugural Fast Trackers contest, in which ten individuals under the age of 40 who have made an impact in their respective fields or within their company will be profiled.
Entries, who can come from freight or passenger railroads, suppliers, or a consultants/contractors, will be judged by experienced rail industry professionals on the following criteria: industry experience and education, leadership skills, industry contributions, and community service involvement. Those that represent the “best of the best” will be featured in Railway Age’s February 2016 issue.
If you know a railroad professional located within the 50 states, Washington, D.C., Canada and/or Mexico under the age of 40 as of Jan. 1, 2016, who is going places, don’t hesitate to nominate them today. Candidates may even nominate themselves. There is no limit to the number of entries a firm or person can submit—just please don’t nominate the same person twice—and there is no entry fee.
